Concept: Champlain from the rooftops.
Jeremy: The residence halls at Champlain are among the most unique you’ll find at any college. Each one is completely different, with numerous architectural styles and eras represented. The largest is hardly over fifty students, and most are around forty or fewer. They all have their own stories, and any resident could tell you that each has a definite personality. McDonald looks like a castle. You could get lost in Bankus’s stairways. And there are rumors of a mysterious ghost that haunts Jensen’s tower.
All: Academics here at Champlain are different to say the least. First semester, freshman year a declared student will jump right into their major. Core doesn’t mean four years of English, Math, Sciences and History. Core means two classes spent learning about literature, global issues, serving the community and most important , learning about yourself. Most classrooms have a view as great as Joyce 304.
Lindsey : Burlington, Vermont, a beautiful city situated on the glistening Lake Champlain, is a metropolitan wonderland. This small urban city is a college town with strong liberal views, great opportunities in art and music, and an outdoorsy scene to kill for.
Kelly : Champlain College, nestled in the heart of Burlington, Vermont, is a prime location for any college student. Whether you're walking out on the courtyard after class or onto the patio of the library, you will be amazed by the breathtaking view of Lake Champlain and the Adirondack Mountains.
Leslie: Seeing this campus for the first time was unlike anything I had ever seen before. Everything is so close together and so well connected; it’s pretty difficult to get lost going to class. Campus life is a lot of fun. Come to the quad any day of the week and you’ll see a ton of students standing around taking. The clubs and activities that go on around here are pretty unique. Where else can you find Humans shooting Zombies with nerf guns or a comedy troupe with a name that makes zero sense?
